NIRACHARTH 2024

The Annual Day at KE School unfolded over two days, commencing on the 16th and concluding on the 17th of January 2024. The inaugural day commenced at 10:00 am with a public gathering, with a prayer song by the School Choir. Kum. Elizabeth Soby, the Head Girl, extended opening greetings. The Annual Report Presentation was delivered by Rev.Dr. James Mullassery CMI, the Principal and Director, followed by a touching tribute to the school’s founder, St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, and a Rangapooja ceremony. Shri. Shaji George, the Vice Principal, delivered a warm welcome speech, paving the way for the Vicar Provincial of St. Joseph’s Province, Trivandrum, to share the presidential address. Rev.Dr. James Mullassery CMI provided an introductory address, and Rev.Dr. Kurian Chalangady CMI, the Prior of St. Joseph’s Monastery, Mannanam, delivered the Benedictory Address. Kum. Angelin Mathew showcased her solo performance, leading to the Chief Guest, Shri. Unni Mukundan, a renowned Cine Artist, delivering his address and inaugurating the Niracharth 2024 event. The ceremony also included the honorings of Thomas Chettan, the Director of Navajeevan, and Prince Lukose, the Patron of Sabarmathi Charitable Trust. The Chief Guest conducted a prize distribution, and the school magazine was released by Shri. Sebastian G. Mathew, Director of Brilliant Study Centre, Pala. Recognition was given to the senior-most staff members with 25 years of service at KE School, and mementos were presented to the Head Boy and Head Girl. Rev.Fr. Sebastian Attichira CMI, the Vicar Provincial of St. Joseph’s Province, Trivandrum, felicitated the event, and Smt. Annamma Mani and Shri. Shaji Joseph offered their words of encouragement. The Vote of Thanks was expressed by Rev.Fr. Shyju Xavier CMI, the Principal and Finance Administrator, culminating with the rendition of the School anthem. Then the cultural programs of K.G section begins and the program lasted till 4:30pm. On the second day, January 17th, the proceedings commenced at 3:30 pm with a prayer song by the School Choir and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Shri. Sumesh Koottickal, a Music Director and Keytar Performer, graced the occasion with a musical performance. The day featured prize distribution, cultural programs by Lp, HS, and HSS sections, and the Annual Report Presentation. The event concluded at 8:00 pm, marking another memorable Annual Day at KE School.
