EXCELLENTIA KEEMS 2024

Kuriakose Elias English Medium School, Mannanam, hosted the grand celebration "Excellentia KEEMS 2024," a monumental event commemorating the outstanding achievements of the students in board examinations and various competitive fields on 20th July  2024. The event commenced with a  Prayer Song by the School Choir, followed by a warm welcome Speech by the Head Boy, Master Thomas Aby. Rev. Dr. James Mullassery CMI, Principal of KEEMS Mannanam, delivered an inspiring Introductory Address. The grandeur of the occasion was further elevated by the Presidential Address from Sri. V. N. Vasavan, the Hon'ble Minister for Ports, Cooperation, and Devaswoms, Government of Kerala, and the Inauguration by Sri. V. Sivankutty, the Hon'ble Minister for General Education and Labour, Government of Kerala. The profound Keynote Address by Sri. Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, MLA, Kottayam, added a touch of wisdom to the proceedings. The ceremony honored achievers with awards presented by Sri. V. Sivankutty and Sri. V. N. Vasavan, highlighting the pinnacle of academic excellence. The Inauguration of CCA Activities 2024-25 was graced by Ms. Grace Antony, a renowned Cine Artist, and Sri. Listin Stephen, a distinguished Film Producer and President of the Kerala Film Distributors Association. The event also featured a Benedictory Address by Rev. Dr. Kurian Chalangady CMI, and a Memento Presentation by Rev. Fr. Shyju Xavier CMI, Prefect, KE Residence. Felicitations were done by Sri. Stephen Joseph, Director of Brilliant Study Centre, and Adv. Jaison Joseph, PTA President, further enriched the celebration. The Prize Distribution and Parental Commendation, led by Dr. Sharmil Gopal, was a testament to the collective pride of the community. Response Tributes were done by the students Master. Nevin Siby and Master. Sreenand Sharmil.  Kum. Jiyan Maria Antony, the school head girl concluded the formal proceedings by vote of thanks and  School Anthem.  After the formal function there was a vibrant Cultural Programme by the students, encapsulating the spirit of excellence that KEEMS stands for.
