K. E TROPHY VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The 23rd All Kerala Interschool K. E Trophy Volleyball Tournament unfolded at KE School Mannanam, Kottayam, spanning from 12th to 14th January 2024. Sr. B. L Shajahan, Deputy Commissioner of the State Goods and Service Tax Department, inaugurated the event, which marked the commencement of spirited competition. A total of 7 boys’ and 7 girls’ teams, hailing from diverse schools, participated in the event. CJAM HSS emerged triumphant among the boys, securing the championship title, while St. Peters HSS Kolanchery displayed commendable performance as runners-up. In the girls’ category, Xavio HSS, Devagiri claimed victory, with Govt. HSS Payyambara securing the position of runners-up. Acknowledging their prowess, all winning and runner-up teams were honored with trophies and lucrative cash prizes. The tournament reached its culmination on the final day, where Mr. Sijimon Joseph, a prominent member of the Kerala Cricket Team, delivered the valedictory address and presided over the prize distribution ceremony.
